1. General Terms

Welcome to Kast College and Keilahcloset. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We strive to ensure all product information, descriptions, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayFast (Credit/Debit Card, Instant EFT)
• Bank Transfer (EFT) with proof of payment
• Cash on Delivery (for orders under R 5,000)

Orders will only be processed once payment has been confirmed. For bank transfers, please allow 1-2 business days for clearance.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa. Standard delivery times are 3-7 business days depending on your location. Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days will be processed the same day.

• Free shipping on orders over R 1,500.
• Standard shipping fee of R 150 applies to orders below R 1,500.
• Cash on Delivery incurs an additional R 50 fee.
• Delivery to remote areas may take additional time.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
• Sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and non-returnable.

6. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the information necessary to process your orders and improve your shopping experience.

• Your personal data is stored securely and never sold to third parties.
• We use industry-standard encryption for payment processing.
• You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

7. Course Registration Terms

For skills training and course registrations, the following additional terms apply:

• A non-refundable registration fee may be required to secure your place.
• Course fees are due before the commencement date unless a payment plan has been arranged.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date may not be eligible for a refund.
• Kast College reserves the right to reschedule courses with reasonable notice.
